On-site appointment
Our sales representatives will take all your wishes with them and advise you on all your technical questions.
Offer
An individual offer will be prepared for you.
Discussion of the offer
For further coordination and clarification of details, an appointment will be made in in our office.
Order
If approved, the offer will be signed and you will receive an order confirmation from us.
Cloud exchange platform
You will then receive access to our cloud exchange platform, which gives you access to all important project documents.
Elaboration of the planning and details
For an initial assessment of the project, we create floor plans with rough details of the premises and, if required, a draft for the 3D visualisation with standard components.
Sampling
All relevant components are sampled and finalized at least one week before the start of the project.
Scheduling
We create an individual schedule based on the agreed scope of the project and the selected components.
Execution
Execution work does not begin until the planning phase has been completed. Dismantling work can already begin during the planning phase.
Changes
If you have further change requests, these will be calculated for you directly and logged in a cost tracking table.
Billing
You make the first advance payment for materials and work preparation before work begins. Further payments on account are made weekly or monthly according to cost tracking. The final invoice will be issued after successful acceptance.
Final inspection
Once all services have been completed, the documentation distributed and the project implemented in full, both parties sign the acceptance report. You will then receive the final invoice. If you are satisfied with our services, we look forward to receiving a positive evaluation from you.
